What we do

Three kinds of work, and how to reach each one.

The society works on what tribal families in this district actually come to us about. If your situation is not listed here, come to the office anyway — we will tell you honestly whether we can help.

Legal aid

Land disputes, wage disputes, and caste-based exploitation. The legal aid cell reviews cases weekly and takes valid tribal rights cases free of charge.

Come to the Kakinada office, or send the details through the contact form.

Education and scholarships

Getting children enrolled and kept in school, and helping families apply for the government scholarships they already qualify for. We also run skill development programmes.

Ask at the office about current eligibility and application dates — these change every year.

Access to government schemes

Most families we meet are entitled to something they are not receiving. We help with the application, the documents, and following it up until it lands.

Bring whatever documents you have. Missing papers are a normal starting point, not a reason to be turned away.

Working with us

We take volunteers and community workers. Write to the office with a short note about yourself, or come during working hours.
